  • User management is usually limited to managers

  • Standard users typically cannot add or remove users

What Happens If No One on Your Account Can Manage Users?

Escalation Process

  • A manager must contact TrustID support

  • TrustID requires approval from the main account contact

  • TrustID can:

    • Update users on the account

    • Enable Manage Users access where appropriate
