CAN use if: Biometric passport or biometric EU/EEA ID card, in-date, have smartphone with camera, received invitation from employer.
Please note UK passports can be update to 6 months expired.
CAN use: Non biometric document PLUS UK/EU driving licence or Biometric Residence Permit Card
CANNOT use if: No biometric passport, no biometric EU/EEA ID card, documents expired , no smartphone available
For Employers/Organisations
CAN use if you're: UK-based organisation, hiring employees (any sector)
CANNOT use if you're: Individual consumer (B2B service only), non-UK based (unless UK operations)
Eligibility by Document
Biometric Passport Holders: must be in date. UK passport holder can be up to 6 months expired
Biometric Identity Card EU/EEA Holders: must be in date.
Non Biometric Passport Holders: must be in date and in conjunction with secondary document such as UK driving licence.
