What Information to Provide
For upload issues: Your email, applicant email, screenshot of error, browser and device info
For account issues: Account email, what you're trying to do, when problem started, screenshot of error
For billing issues: Invoice number, purchase date, amount, payment method used

DO contact us for: Technical errors, account access issues, billing problems
DON'T contact us for: 'When will DBS complete?' (ask employer), 'Can I start work?' (ask employer)
