Step 2: Click 'Forgot password' link below login button
Step 3: Enter your account email address
Step 4: Click 'Send reset link'
Step 5: Check your email inbox (and spam folder)
Step 6: Click the password reset link
Step 7: Enter the temporary password provided in the email to log in.
Step 8: Enter your new password twice to confirm.
Step 8: Click 'Save'
Step 9: Log in with your new password
Email not received? Check your spam or junk folder, wait 5 minutes, and try again. Ensure you are using the correct email address associated with your TrustID account and accessing the correct portal: Login | TrustID Cloud or Login | TrustID Cloud.
