Reviewing an Applicant’s DBS Certificate
Once a DBS check has been completed, the certificate will be posted directly to the applicant at the address provided in their application.
As the certificate is sent to the applicant, you will need to ask them to share a copy of the certificate with you if you need to review the results.
If the Applicant Has Not Received Their Certificate
After DBS has processed the application, the certificate will be printed and sent by post.
If the applicant has not received their certificate within 15 days of the issue date, they should contact DBS directly to request a reprint.
