What the GPG45 Profile Shows

The GPG45 profile summarises the outcome of identity verification checks.

Possible outcomes include:

Passed – Digital identity check have been successfully completed.

Failed – One or more checks did not meet the required verification standard.

Checks Included in the GPG45 Profile

The following automated checks contribute to the GPG45 result.

  1. Permitted Document Types – Confirms an eligible document was uploaded.

  2. Document Verification – Confirms the document passed authenticity checks.

  3. Identity Fraud Check – Confirms the document passed the Amberhill fraud database check.

  4. Liveness Check – Confirms the selfie is a live image.

  5. Face Match – Confirms the selfie matches the identity document.

  6. Document Present – Confirms that the document was physically present at the time of capture. This check can produce three possible outcomes: a Green Tick (document was present and live), a Red Cross (document was not present and live), or an Orange Triangle (the system was unable to determine presence). The Document Present check must be successful for the overall digital scheme outcome to pass.

What to Do Next

  1. Review the Summary of Checks section.

  2. Identify whether the result is Passed or Failed.

  3. If failed, review the specific failure reason.

  4. Decide whether to send a new invitation or arrange in-person verification.

Tips for Success

✅ Always review the individual checks, not just the final status
