Downloading Reports
1. Go to TrustID dashboard
2. Find completed check in list
3. Click check to view details
4. Click 'Download Report' button
5. Save PDF to secure location
⚠️ Reports available for 7 days only! Download immediately upon completion.
Retention can be extended to up to 31 days, but this must be requested in advance.
Record Keeping Requirements
DBS checks: Keep for minimum 2 years
Right to Work: Keep for employment duration + 2 years
Right to Rent: Keep for tenancy duration + 1 year
