How to Invite Your First Applicant (5 Minutes)

• Active account with credits purchased

• Applicant's email address

1. Log in to dashboard at Login | TrustID Cloud or Login | TrustID Cloud

2. Click 'New Check' button (top right)

3. Enter full name

4. Enter email address (double-check for typos!)

5. Add reference number (optional)

6. Select branch type

7. Send link

• Applicant receives email within 30 seconds from [email protected]

• They open link on smartphone

• Upload takes 2 minutes (passport photo + selfie)

• Verification takes place

• You receive results notification

• Download PDF report from dashboard
