How Do I Check My Credit Balance?

Quick check: Look at the top right corner of any dashboard page. Select “Display Balance” Balance shown here.

Low balance alerts: Automatic emails sent to main account holder at 10% remaining and 0 credits remaining.

Additionally, purchased credits remain valid for two years, allowing flexibility in their usage.

Top up credits: You can reply to low-balance notification emails or contact the TrustID support team to request a top-up.

Track usage: See which checks used credits and when “Reports”

Plan ahead: Buy credits before you run out to avoid delays.

Remember, credits you purchase are valid for two years, so plan your purchases accordingly to avoid interruptions.
