• Manual review if required

• Results sent to employer when complete

You won't receive results directly. Your employer receives:

• Email notification when verification complete

• Full verification report in their dashboard

• Pass/Fail result with all details

Your employer will then contact you with:

• Next steps in hiring or tenancy process

• Start date or move-in date (if successful)

• Any additional information needed

What to do:

• Contact your employer (they can see status)

• They can escalate with support if needed
