Problem: Blurry, dark, or unclear image

Solution: Better lighting (natural daylight), steady camera, clean lens, try again. You are given 3 attempts as default to take a sufficient quality image.

2. WRONG DOCUMENT TYPE

Problem: Unable unsupported document

Solution: Reach out to employer for a new link or alterative verification steps if you dont hold the required document.

3. ONLY ONE SIDE SUBMITTED

Problem: Only one side of the card was uploaded. Both front and back are

required to perform a validation.

Solution: Employer needs to send the applicant a new link, and they need to

upload both front and back. You are given 3 attempts as default to take a sufficient quality image.

5. INCOMPLETE IMAGE

Problem: Corners cut off, part of document missing

Solution: Move camera farther back, ensure all 4 corners visible including the two lines of coded data. You are given 3 attempts as default to take a sufficient quality image.

6. SELFIE UNSUCCESSFUL

Problem: Selfie doesn't match passport photo sufficiently

Solution: Better lighting for selfie, face camera directly, remove glasses if possible. You are given 5 attempts as default to take a sufficient quality selfie.
