Managing Team Members and Permissions

To manage team members, go to “Manage Users” in the TrustID portal. If you do not have permission to access this section, please contact your main account holder or administrator.

User Roles (also referred to as "visibility levels")

Organisation: Full account access, add/remove team members, view all checks, download reports This level grants access to all branches and users within the organization.

Branch: Create new checks, view branch checks, download reports This level limits access to the "Home branch" of the user within the organization.

User: Create new checks, view own checks, download reports This level restricts access to the individual user’s account only.

Adding Team Members

  1. Go to TrustID portal → “Manage Users”

  2. Click 'Add User' button

  3. Enter name and email address

  4. Select visibility (Organisation/Branch/User)

  5. Click 'Add Users'

Managing Access

User Management Capabilities

User management in TrustID is handled by individuals with the appropriate permissions. Specifically, anyone with "Manage Users" access in the TrustID portal can perform the following actions:

  1. Add Users: Create new user accounts and assign appropriate visibility levels.

  2. Delete Users: Remove user accounts that are no longer needed.

  3. Restore Users: Reactivate previously deleted user accounts.

These capabilities allow organizations to maintain control over user access and ensure that the system is used securely and efficiently.
