Reset Your Password

  1. Go to the TrustID login screen.

  2. Access the portal using one of the links below, depending on your service:

  3. Select Reset password.

  4. Enter your username (email address).

  5. Follow the instructions sent to your email to set a new password.

What Is My TrustID Username?

Your username is usually the email address linked to your TrustID account.

Important:

  • Enter your email address exactly as it appears on your account.

  • If the system does not recognise the email, a reset link will not be sent.

What Happens Next?

If your account is recognised:

  • You will receive a password reset email.

  • Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.

Haven’t Received the Email?

The reset link will be sent to the email address registered to your TrustID account.

  • Your Inbox

  • Your Spam or Junk folder
