When to Resubmit

Common reasons:

• Photo was too blurry

• Glare obscured text

• Wrong document uploaded by mistake

• Upload failed due to technical issue

• Link expired before you could complete

• You made an error during upload

How to Get New Link

  1. Contact the organization responsible for your application or identity verification process. This is normally the employer/landlord who initialised the check being sent to you.

2. Explain what went wrong

3. Ask them to send a new upload link

4. They can resend from their dashboard

5. You'll receive new email within minutes

6. New link valid for 14 days as default

Important Notes

• Each link is single-use only (cannot reuse)

• No limit on number of retries

• Fix the issue before attempting again

• Previous failed attempts don't affect new attempts

Before You Retry

Make sure you:

1. Understand why the previous attempt failed; do you have an eligible document?

2. Have fixed the specific issue

3. Have better lighting/setup ready

4. Have reviewed photo-taking tips

5. Will review photos carefully before submitting

6. Have stable internet connection

What About Expired Links?

If link expired (14 days as default):

• Original link cannot be reactivated

• Employer must send completely new invitation Note: TrustID does not issue or resend applicant upload links. All requests for new links must go through the organization managing your application.

Prevention: Complete upload within 14 days of receiving link. Don't wait until last day!
