Where to look: Spam/junk folder (most common), Promotions tab (Gmail), Search inbox for 'TrustID' or '[email protected]', Check with IT team (corporate emails may block)

Not found? Employer can resend: They click 'Resend' button in their TrustID dashboard. Email arrives within 30 seconds usually

Prevention: Add [email protected] to contacts list, Check spam settings, Whitelist @trustid.co.uk domain in IT systems

Wrong email address? Employer must create new check with correct email

Email filters: Some companies block external links for security. IT team can whitelist our domain.
